Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The role involves driving business development, managing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of revenue and performance targets through effective strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in loans, insurance, investments, and other financial products.
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and financial institutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to design effective campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance on a regular basis.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/MBA in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-10 years of proven experience in sales within banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, insurance, and investment instruments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
