Source Home Loan and LAP business through open market, DSAs, connectors, and referral networks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and channel partners.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lending products.

Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets.

Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement.

Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for faster loan processing.

Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and document collection.

Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with company policies.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
