Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown interest or requested more information.
