Designation – Apprentice Trainee

Role and Responsibilities

A Credit Process Associate handles the end-to-end processing of credit applications, including verifying documentation, performing KYC checks, and analyzing financial statements to assess borrower creditworthiness. They collaborate with sales and risk teams to ensure timely loan processing, compliance, and accurate record-keeping within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Processing & Documentation: Initiating and processing loan files, ensuring all KYC documents, financial statements (bank statements, tax returns), and statutory forms (GST) are verified and complete.

2. Credit Analysis & Underwriting: Evaluating customer financial health, preparing Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM), and analyzing bank statements to determine creditworthiness.

3. Risk & Compliance Management: Performing credit bureau checks, adhering to KYC norms, and identifying potential risks in line with company policy.

4. Coordination & Communication: Liaising with Relationship Managers (RMs), clients, and internal teams to resolve queries and speed up the approval process.

5. Portfolio Monitoring: Tracking news, events, and performance metrics for the existing portfolio.

• Shift time – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM 

• Week off – All Sunday and Second & Fourth Saturday will be off.

Important Notes:

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

* Only Fresher Graduates can apply for this position

* Preferable from Arts & Commerce background Students
