Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring for BDM positions under the Banca Channel, deployed at Bank branches. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating life insurance business from the bank’s walk-in customers and the branch's leads.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance business from Bank customers.

Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads.

Conduct financial need analysis to offer suitable insurance solutions.

Follow up on leads, explain product features, and close sales.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per IRDA guidelines.

Attend regular training and upskilling sessions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the organization.
