Caretaker

Assist patient with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

Help with mobility support (walking, wheelchair, bed transfer)

Monitor patient’s basic health condition and report any changes to family or nurse

Administer medicines as instructed (no injections unless trained)

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient’s surroundings

Assist with toileting and diaper changing if required

Provide emotional support and companionship to the patient

Follow safety and care instructions given by doctors or family members
