Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per the restaurant’s menu.

Plan and design new menu items and daily specials.

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency.

Manage inventory, order ingredients, and control food costs.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.

Work closely with management on menu planning and customer satisfaction.
