Experience: 2years in residential/villa construction

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Responsible for supervising all on-site construction activities for luxury villa projects in Goa, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Oversee daily site work and coordinate with contractors and labor teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
• Manage materials, resources, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors for smooth execution.
• knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
