We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team and work across three of our businesses. The ideal candidate should be able to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to design digital and print materials, social media graphics, branding, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Branding:

Develop creative designs for digital and print materials, including social media and marketing materials.

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms for each business.

Social Media & Ad Creatives:

Design visually compelling posts, stories, and ads for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Create promotional graphics, event flyers, and advertisements for all business campaigns.

Product Packaging and Merchandising:

Design product packaging, brochures, and promotional materials that enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure proper execution of designs on products.

Collaborative Work:

Work closely with marketing teams to understand project requirements and create designs accordingly.

Manage multiple projects with deadlines and provide timely updates.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software.

Recommend improvements to existing designs and branding strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication skills.

Time management.

Preferred:

Experience designing for multiple industries or brands.

Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
