HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. The candidate will support daily HR operations and help build a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews).

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Handle onboarding and exit formalities.

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Assist in employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with management for HR planning and staffing needs.

Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of HR experience preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.

Understanding of PF, ESI, payroll, and labor compliance.
