Human Resource Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to handle the end-to-end Human Resource operations at Electronic Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and exit processes.
• Handle employee life cycle management – from hiring to retention and engagement.
• Maintain and update employee records, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, company culture, and code of conduct.
• Oversee performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee evaluation systems.
• Manage disciplinary actions and grievance handling professionally.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce strategy.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive work environment.
• Handle training, development, and internal communication.
• Ensure timely documentation, offer letters, and HR reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HR management (preferably in retail or multi-store setup).
• Strong understanding of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
