Outlet Manager / Staff

Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire store and its staff
• Prepare roster of staff and make sure enough availability of staff at all times
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales & consumption reports (training provided)
• Making sure the quality of products served is as per company standard
• Tally all cash/card/delivery sales with regular Cash deposits in Bank
• Make local raw material purchases
• Duty hours- Various shifts for 6 days a week with 1 weekly off

Staff Roles and Responsibilities

• Take the order at the cash counter and then make the order (Training provided)
• Maintain the store house keeping with other team members
• Making sure the quality of products served is as per company standard
• Tally all cash/card/delivery sales
