Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, networking equipment, access control, and related security solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, dealers, resellers, and end-users.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical guidance in coordination with the technical team.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.
• Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and after-sales support.
• Strict adherence and compliance with company-defined SOPs and sales policies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business/Marketing/Technical field).
• Proven experience in sales of CCTV, security, or IT/networking products (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good technical understanding of CCTV/surveillance products will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
