📌 About The Role (Short & Sharp)Chaato’s is launching a high-energy street-style QSR in Panjim market. We are looking for a performance-driven Outlet Manager who can run daily operations independently and build a disciplined team culture.

This is NOT a billing counter job.

This is a leadership role.

📌 Mission Of The Role (Very Important – WHO Style)Within 6 months, the Outlet Manager will:

• Achieve and maintain ₹50,000+ daily sales

• Maintain food cost under 33%

• Maintain zero cash mismatch

• Ensure service time under 3 minutes per order

• Build a stable team with low attrition

This is your outcome section. Very important.

📌 Key Responsibilities• Manage full-day operations (6 AM – 10 PM shift structure)

• Supervise staff performance and discipline

• Ensure portion control and SOP adherence

• Daily cash reconciliation

• Maintain hygiene and quality standards

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Coordinate with central kitchen

• Monitor inventory and reduce wastage

• Submit daily sales & expense report

📌 Required Skills• Minimum 2–3 years experience in restaurant/QSR

• Experience managing 5+ staff members

• Strong control on cash handling

• Ability to handle rush hours calmly

• Basic Excel / WhatsApp reporting skills

• Understanding of food cost control

• Leadership mindset, not worker mentality
