We are expanding our team at Gera Imperium Grand, Goa, and are looking for dynamic travel professionals to join us.

Open Positions: Air Ticketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic & international flight bookings
• Work with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
• Provide fare quotations, reissues, cancellations & refunds
• Assist clients with travel advice and itinerary planning

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in air ticketing
• Knowledge of GDS mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills

2. Visa / Tour Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through visa documentation and application processes
• Prepare travel itineraries and holiday packages
• Coordinate with consulates, embassies & service providers
• Manage inbound and outbound tour queries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in visa processing & tour consulting
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good knowledge of global travel destinations

3. Tour Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Convert travel inquiries into sales
• Promote domestic & international tour packages
• Maintain leads, follow-up, and build client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in travel sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to create customized itineraries
