Ishan Lubricants llp is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for its manufacturing setup and group companies. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Tally Prime 6.0 and capable of operating SAP for billing activities when required. The role demands a strong understanding of GST compliance, multi-entity accounting, and reporting accuracy under a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting entries using Tally Prime 6.0 across group companies

Manage billing, sales/purchase vouchers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations

Upload and verify GST data on the GST portal; ensure timely and accurate filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9

Maintain 100% GST compliance, including reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B, ITC claim validation, and follow-ups with vendors

Handle TDS/TCS deduction, payment, and quarterly returns

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable across all group companies

Support SAP billing operations during the absence of allied staff and ensure continuity of workflow

Assist in monthly and year-end closings and support audit finalizations

Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules as per statutory norms

Coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants, and internal teams for data accuracy and compliance

Prepare MIS reports like P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities

Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Expertise in Tally Prime 6.0 is mandatory

Working knowledge of SAP is required (especially in billing modules)

In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or group company accounting role

Prior experience handling multi-company billing and statutory compliance is essential

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Tally Prime 6.0 and basic operational knowledge of SAP

Solid grasp of GST and TDS regulations and practices

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure deadlines are met

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
