Accountant

We are hiring an experienced Accountant to handle the complete accounting & compliance for our gold jewellery showroom. You should be comfortable working independently, maintaining high accuracy for high-value transactions, and managing GST/TDS work end-to-end.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting in Tally Prime (sales, purchase, expenses, journals)
• GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, filing coordination
• TDS: deduction, payment, return filing coordination, certificates & reports
• Bank & cash reconciliation, petty cash management
• Customer & vendor ledger management, outstanding follow-ups
• Invoice & voucher checking, bill verification, entry accuracy checks
• Monthly closing, MIS/basic reports (P&L, cash flow, expenses, payables/receivables)
• Support in audit work, documentation, and compliance record keeping
• Coordination with CA for filings and financial reviews
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
• Working knowledge of GST + TDS
• Good in accounts reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Excel / Google Sheets basics (reports, reconciliation)
• Experience & Qualification:Minimum 2+ years accounting experience (jewellery/retail experience preferred)
• B.Com/M.Com preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
• Working Hours:As per showroom schedule (weekly off as per policy)
• Salary:As per experience (Best for the right candidate)
