Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts using Tally (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
• Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and generate invoices, debit/credit notes
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
• Handle GST entries, returns, and compliance
• Assist in TDS calculations and filings
• Generate financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and ledgers
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial reviews
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting with Tally
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in handling GST returns independently
• Knowledge of payroll processing in Tally
• Familiarity with other accounting tools is an added advantage
