Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the financial records, billing, and accounting activities of our Ayurvedic hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial transactions, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting to support the hospital's smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, journals, and accounting software.
• Manage hospital billing and invoicing processes, including patient billing and insurance claims.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier invoices, and payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, and other tax obligations.
• Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow and manage payments and receipts.
• Support procurement and vendor payment processes.
• Maintain records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts.
