Job Description
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management (QSR, casual dining, or banquets preferred).
- Strong focus on sales growth, marketing initiatives, and customer retention.
- Drive parcel and takeaway sales through effective marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Actively promote and convert party/group bookings (family gatherings, corporate orders, celebrations).
- Assist in smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Train, supervise, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
