Job Title: BHMS Doctor -

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BHMS doctor to join our team at our old age home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic healthcare services to our elderly residents, focusing on preventive, curative, and palliative care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular health assessments and medical examinations of residents

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using homeopathic and ayurvedic principles

- Prescribe and dispense homeopathic medicines as needed

- Provide emergency medical care and respond to medical emergencies

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physiotherapists, and social workers

- Educate residents and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs
