Timings: 

0900 am to 0600 pm, 5 days a week. However, timings may change as per project requirements. 

Experience Required 

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in building construction  

Education 

Above 70% in SSC or HSC or 

Above 60% 10th/12th (CBSE ) 

Diploma / Degree in Civil 

Job Responsibilities 

Roles and Responsibilities  

Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements. 

Estimation of Quantities. 

Preparation of BBS. 

Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material. 

Preparation and Certification of RA bills. 

Certification of vendor bills. 

Desired Skills 

Technical: Billing in MS Excel, Basic AutoCad, Rate Analysis, Tendering, Bill followup 

Personality: Good at math, well organized, honest and diligent
