Job Description
Develop and execute strategies to increase loan disbursements and revenue • Source business for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, and other credit products • Recruit, train, and manage DSAs, agents, and channel partners • Build strong relationships with builders, brokers, and corporates • Generate direct customer leads through field and referral activities • Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities • Monitor competitors and market trends • Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory, and society guidelines • Prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, and disbursements
