Job Description
- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
- Identify new business opportunities and tie-ups with channel partners & investors
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate deals and close sales with customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
- Support documentation process till booking and agreement stage
