Civil Site Engineer

Civil site engineer required : Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site development works: roads, drainage, compound wall, internal services, electrification, water supply & landscaping

• Prepare and execute BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, surveyors, and architects

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines

• Monitor quality control, measurements, and billing

• Handle site layout marking, plot demarcation, and level checking

• Ensure compliance with UDCPR / local authority norms

• Maintain daily progress reports, material tracking, and site records

• Assist in coordination for approvals, inspections, and documentation

• Control wastage and optimize material & labor usage

Required Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 3–7 years experience in villa plotting / township / infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, RCC, masonry, and services

• Hands-on experience in site execution

• Familiar with AutoCAD (basic), Excel, measurement books

• Knowledge of local contractors and market rates preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Panvel / Khalapur / Raigad region projects

• Understanding of RERA-compliant plotting developments

• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership
