*Role Summary:*
We are looking for a detail-oriented *CRM Specialist* to manage and optimize our CRM system, execute customer engagement campaigns, and analyze customer data to improve retention and satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and optimize CRM system and campaigns (email/SMS)
* Analyze customer data and generate reports
* Support marketing and sales teams with customer insights
* Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and maintain data accuracy

* Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
