Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our products/services by meeting customers in the field. The role involves lead generation, client visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and generate new leads
• Promote company products/services in assigned areas
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collect orders and follow up for payments
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Submit daily activity and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (as applicable)
• Experience in field sales preferred (Freshers can also apply)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

Salary: Fixed salary + Incentives

Shift: Full-time / Day shift
