Field Sales Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai (Local candidates preferred)

Job Description:

Forlive Home is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in field sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have deep market knowledge and the ability to generate and manage both B2B and B2C leads independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive field sales activities across Navi Mumbai and nearby areas
• Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads through networking, site visits, and references
• Build strong relationships with corporates, builders, brokers, and individual clients
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Track sales pipeline and report performance regularly
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales and business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
• Local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai is a plus
