Acala Group is a growing real estate developer based in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. We are committed to delivering high-quality residential spaces that combine luxury with comfort. We are looking for a creative and professional Graphic Designer to join our team and help elevate our brand presence through impactful visual storytelling.

Job Overview

• Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai (On-site)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
• Work Timing: 10-hour shifts
• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Weekly Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Collaterals: Design high-quality brochures, flyers, floor plans, and site maps for real estate projects.
• Digital Content: Create engaging social media posts (Instagram/Facebook), website banners, and emailers.
• Branding: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• Advertising: Design outdoor advertisements, including hoardings, standees, and site office branding.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.

Requirements & Skills

• Software Expertise: Professional command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and CorelDRAW. (Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic video editing is a plus).
• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design (Real Estate industry experience will be plus point).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative layouts, typography, and color theory.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Location: Candidates residing in or near Panvel/Navi Mumbai are preferred.
