We need Guest Relation Executive in Kalamboli location to work in White Lotus International Hospital, Kalamboli.

Profile: Guest Relation Executive

Min Qualification: Graduation / MBA

Work Experience: Min 2 Year to Max 4 years of Hospital experience.

Salary - Net in hand salary range -35,000 to 40,000pm or Negotiable (Depends on interview)

Location – Plot no 1, Roadpali Rd, opposite Police head quarter, Sector 20, Kalamboli, Panvel, Maharashtra 410218

Department: Patient Relations

Shift: Rotational (24/7 hospital operations)

• Morning Shift Only
• Sunday will be off only.

Job Purpose:

To enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•                    Handle patient queries and complaints

•                    Collect and analyse feedback

•                    Coordinate with departments for issue resolution

•                    Improve patient journey experience

•                    Manage VIP patients

KPIs:

•                    Patient satisfaction score

•                    Complaint resolution time
