Inventory Management Executive

Overview:

The Inventory Management Executive is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing stock levels to ensure smooth operations. The role involves accurate tracking of materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of inventory.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and raise purchase requests as needed.
• Track inward and outward movement of materials/products.
• Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal departments.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
• Use inventory management software/ERP to update data and generate reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
