Zoom Meeting Management

• Create Zoom meeting links as per the shared schedule
• Set correct meeting settings (date, time, host, password, waiting room, recording if required)
• Share Zoom links with the team well in advance
• Start meetings on time and ensure a smooth joining for participants
• Manage host controls during meetings (mute/unmute, admit participants, screen sharing)
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during the meeting

2. Meeting Invite Creation (Canva)

• Design clean and professional meeting invites using Canva
• Ensure correct details: meeting topic, date, time, Zoom link, and guidelines
• Follow brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts)
• Export and share invites on WhatsApp, email, or internal groups
• Make quick edits if meeting details change

3. Pre-Meeting & Post-Meeting Support

• Send meeting reminders before the scheduled time
• Ensure all required files, presentations, or links are ready
• Share recordings or meeting links after the meeting (if applicable)
• Maintain a basic record of meetings conducted

Skills & Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of Zoom
• Working knowledge of Canva (invite/post creation)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail (time, links, spelling, accuracy)
• Ability to work under timelines and handle last-minute changes
