Jr. Accountant

• Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and general ledger postings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank, account, and vendor reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Monitor and report on petty cash and expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities when required.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internship experience accepted).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
