Job Description:

1. Prepare accurate invoices and bills in a timely manner.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including verifying, reconciling, and tracking payments.
3. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
4. Record daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the accounting system.
5. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in bank statements and discrepancies are resolved.
6. Support the accounting procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and standards to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
8. Provide regular updates to supervisors and managers on accounting activities, financial status, and any emerging issues or discrepancies.
