Job Description

  • Assist in operating fiberglass production machines (molding, cutting, winding, curing, etc.)
  • Handle raw materials like resin, glass fiber, mats, and chemicals under supervision
  • Support in mixing, molding, and finishing processes
  • Monitor machine parameters and report abnormalities to supervisors
  • Perform basic quality checks on finished and semi-finished products
  • Maintain cleanliness (5S) and housekeeping in the work area
  • Follow safety guidelines, PPE usage, and factory rules strictly
  • Assist in loading/unloading, packing, and material movement
  • Maintain daily production records as instructed
