Job Description
The Rider (Field Executive) is responsible for visiting customer locations to WiFi routers, collect devices (set-top boxes/routers), and ensure proper service delivery as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Pick up set-top boxes, routers, or wifi from customer locations
Requirements:-
Valid 2-wheeler driving license
Own bike/scooter with fuel
Smartphone with internet access
Familiarity with apps like Google Maps for navigation
Minimum 10th/12th pass
