Plant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities according to priorities and plans.
• Ensure that production targets are met while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement production schedules and adjust as needed to respond to changing demands.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
• Address any safety issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among the team.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance, quality assurance) to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Communicate production status, issues, and objectives to management and other stakeholders.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to achieve company goals.
• Checking the working observations of each equipment to ensure any abnormalities are reported immediately
• Maintenance work of plant and machinery
• Ensure proper material preparation as per guidelines
• Overall shift management with proper monitoring of all processes and workers, full reporting and handover post end of sheet
