Job Description

A Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive's job is to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and prepare them for the final sale by understanding their needs and providing detailed property information. Key responsibilities include lead generation through calls and social media, conducting market research, coordinating site visits, explaining project details, and maintaining the client database. This role acts as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring potential buyers are well-informed before meeting with the sales team. 

Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification: Generate new leads through methods like cold calling, social media, and follow-ups. Qualify leads based on budget and requirements.
  • Client engagement: Explain project details, property features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
  • Site visits: Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested clients.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
  • Sales support: Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and ensuring a smooth handover from pre-sales to the closing process.
  • Database management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and create compelling proposals or presentations. 

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Ability to manage a database/CRM system
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Experience in sales, particularly in real estate or tele-sales, is often preferred
