Job SummaryWe are looking for a Purchase Executive who will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating prices, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring smooth procurement operations as per company requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle purchase activities including vendor selection, price negotiation & material procurement
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and develop new vendor sources
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production / project requirement
• Prepare Purchase Orders, GRN, and maintain accurate purchase records
• Coordinate with store, accounts, and production teams for stock availability
• Track material inventory and manage reorder levels
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and supply timeline
• Handle billing follow-ups, quotations, and documentation work
• Assist in cost saving initiatives through effective procurement strategies
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of purchase process & market sourcing
• Basic understanding of ERP / Tally / SAP (preferred)
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting
• Analytical and vendor management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask
• Diploma or Mechanical is also preferred
