 Real Estate Executive is responsible for generating business, managing clients, and closing property transactions. The role is largely target-driven and involves both fieldwork and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

Identify potential buyers/sellers through calls, references, and site visits

Follow up on leads regularly

Maintain a database of prospects

2. Client Handling

Understand client requirements (budget, location, configuration)

Suggest suitable properties

Arrange and conduct site visits

3. Sales & Closing

Negotiate pricing and terms between buyer and seller

Convert site visits into bookings

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

4. Documentation & Coordination

Assist in paperwork (agreements, KYC, token, etc.)

Coordinate with legal, finance, and builder teams

Ensure smooth transaction till possession

5. Market Knowledge

Stay updated on project details, pricing, and inventory

Track competitor projects and market trends

6. After-Sales Service

Maintain relationship with clients

Handle queries post-booking
