Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, and closing property deals while providing excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Assist clients in buying residential/commercial properties
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Maintain records of all transactions and interactions
