Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and closing sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and ability to convince clients.

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle incoming customer enquiries ( Leads/Door To Door Lead Generations)

·      Target Based Sales

·      Explain project details to customers

·      Arrange and manage site visits

·      Regular follow-up with clients

·      Maintain daily sales report

·      Maintain good relationship with customers

·      Generate sales through Door To Door Marketing, Social Media Platform

·      Attend walk-in customers and explain project details confidently

·      Make outbound calls to new and existing leads

·      Fix and conduct site visits with customers

·      Give proper presentation of project, location benefits, and investment value

·      Maintain regular follow-up Ongoing Leads / Clients Already Visited 

·      Convert leads into bookings

·      Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets given by management

·      Maintain daily calling report and visit report Coordinate with CRM / Marketing team for lead data

·      Handle customer objections and close deals professionally

·      Build long-term relationship with customers for references

·      Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions

·      Support in new project launches and campaigns

·      Keep proper record of booking, token, and payment follow-ups

·      Assist customer till agreement / registration process

·      Maintain discipline and follow company sales policy
