Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our gold jewellery showroom. You should be confident with customers, presentable, well-spoken, and experienced in gold jewellery sales.

• Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers & understand requirements
• Show & explain gold jewellery designs confidently (product presentation)
• Handle pricing discussion, convert inquiries into sales (closing)
• Upsell/cross-sell (matching items, add-ons, upgrades)
• Coordinate with billing/support team for smooth checkout
• Maintain customer follow-ups (WhatsApp/calls) for pending decisions
• Support exchange/old gold process coordination (as per store process)
• Maintain counter discipline, cleanliness & basic merchandising support
• Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in gold jewellery retail/showroom sales
• Fluent in English + Hindi + Marathi
• Well-presentable & well-dressed, professional grooming
• Excellent communication, confidence, and customer handling skills
• Preferred:Experience in handling high-value retail customers
• Comfort with WhatsApp follow-ups & maintaining basic customer notes
• Working Hours:As per showroom schedule (weekly off as per policy)
• Salary:As per experience + incentives (performance-based)
