Sales Head

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and scale real estate sales operations across projects. The role requires strong leadership, revenue ownership, channel partner management, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own overall sales strategy, targets, and revenue delivery

3. Build, lead, and manage sales & closing teams
4. 
   
5. Drive Channel Partner (CP) sourcing and activation
6. 
   
7. Define pricing strategy, schemes, and inventory planning
8. 
   
9. Track sales funnel, conversions, and closures
10. 
    
11. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and site teams
12. 
    
13. Weekly and monthly performance reviews and MIS reporting
14. 
    
15. Handle key negotiations and high-value clients

19. Proven real estate sales leadership experience

21. Strong understanding of residential sales cycles

23. Experience handling CP networks and site sales
