As a Sales Manager for Hotelweb.io, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that support the digitization, efficiency of hotel operations and drive higher revenue for hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new hospitality clients (hotels, resorts, B&Bs) for Hotelweb
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and trials to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose the best-fit solution using Hotelweb.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on hospitality technology trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in software sales, preferably in hospitality tech or SaaS.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms.
