Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented professional to lead our sales and investment acquisition efforts. This dual-responsibility role involves identifying and securing institutional or private investors/financers for our upcoming projects, while simultaneously driving the retail sales of residential flats and commercial shops.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment & Fundraising:

• Identify and connect with potential investors, private equity partners, and financial institutions to secure funding for real estate projects.
• Prepare and present compelling project pitches, financial projections, and ROI models to prospective financers.
• Maintain long-term relationships with HNI (High Net-Worth Individuals) and investment consultants.

2. Real Estate Sales:

• Drive the sales of residential flats and commercial units (shops) through proactive lead generation.
• Conduct site visits, explain project USPs, and negotiate pricing to close deals effectively.
• Develop and manage a network of channel partners and real estate brokers to increase market reach.
