Job Title: Sales Relationship Management 

Role Overview

Manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales by understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Act as the primary contact for client queries and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

• Maintain records of client interactions.

• Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitors.

Qualification & Experience

• Freshers welcome (sales interest required).

• 1–2 years in relationship management preferred.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Physics Engineering.

• Technical product experience is a plus.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹16,000–₹25,000 per month.

• Experienced: As per interview.
