• Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify potential customers:
• Testing laboratories
• Construction companies
• Colleges & research institutes
• Manufacturing industries
• Generate leads through:
• LinkedIn, IndiaMART, cold calls, site visits
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• 2. Technical Sales & Customer HandlingUnderstand customer testing requirements
• Suggest suitable machines (UTM capacity, grips, fixtures, etc.)
• Give technical presentations & demos
• Coordinate trials and sample testing if required
• 3. Quotation & Tender HandlingPrepare techno-commercial quotations
• Handle government tenders (GeM, direct tenders)
• Follow up aggressively for closure
• 4. Sales ConversionNegotiate pricing and close deals
• Achieve monthly / quarterly targets
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline
• 5. Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with:
• Production team
• Service team
• Ensure smooth:
• Order processing
• Delivery
• Installation
• 6. After-Sales RelationshipMaintain client relationships
• Generate repeat business
• Upsell accessories, AMC, calibration services
