Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager, Aggregates & Crushed Stone

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company Gaols
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including contractors, RMCs, developers, and engineering firms.
  •  Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities by targeting new accounts and developing new applications for products (e.g., soil stabilization).
  • Collaborate closely with logistics teams, quarry/plant managers, and project managers to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of materials to meet customer demands.
  •  Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports of business transactions, and expense budgets.
  • Regular fallow up with Payment, Invoice and payment collections.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 -10 years of proven sales experience within the heavy equipment, quarry, aggregate, or construction materials industries, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of construction aggregates properties, specifications, and applications.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence credibly at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office.
  •  Must Know Hindi Marathi and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to support existing sites and customers and o  Must have two wheelers
