Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager, Aggregates & Crushed Stone
Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company Gaols
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including contractors, RMCs, developers, and engineering firms.
- Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities by targeting new accounts and developing new applications for products (e.g., soil stabilization).
- Collaborate closely with logistics teams, quarry/plant managers, and project managers to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of materials to meet customer demands.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports of business transactions, and expense budgets.
- Regular fallow up with Payment, Invoice and payment collections.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: A minimum of 3 -10 years of proven sales experience within the heavy equipment, quarry, aggregate, or construction materials industries, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of construction aggregates properties, specifications, and applications.
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence credibly at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office.
- Must Know Hindi Marathi and English
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to support existing sites and customers and o Must have two wheelers
