Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect, label, and process patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges, etc.)
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of test results.
• Adhere to all safety, quality control, and infection control protocols.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff and other departments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
• Qualifications and Skills:Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent.
• Certification from a recognized board or association (if applicable).
• 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred (freshers can also apply for entry-level positions).
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
